Sunil Deshmukh is a leadership professional with more than 30 years of global experience. Currently, he is based in India and provides strategic consulting, leadership coaching, and mentoring services to companies and tech start-ups based inside and outside of India. Previously, Sunil worked in various leadership positions as CFO, managing director, and CEO with multinational and India-based organizations, across geographic regions, and across industry segments including manufacturing, retail and distribution, supply chain, and logistics.

Sunil is past president of IMA’s Mumbai Chapter, a current faculty member of the IMA Leadership Academy, and associate dean of the IMA Mentoring Committee. He is also a member of IMA’s Strategic Planning Standing Board Committee.

Sunil is a certified independent director and holds a graduate degree in applied positive psychology. Sunil received his executive leadership education at the University of Oxford’s Said Business School in the U.K.
